一個(gè)大方面:個(gè)人管理,也就是自我管理。

自我管理有四個(gè)大的板塊:時(shí)間管理、情緒管理、溝通管理、選擇管理。

時(shí)間管理的原則就是效率高。一個(gè)獵頭會(huì)同時(shí)服務(wù)幾個(gè)人才的工作,那協(xié)調(diào)時(shí)間、工作安排需要效率非常高,而且獵頭的時(shí)間非常寶貴,除了完成日常的KPI,簡(jiǎn)歷制作、各種輔導(dǎo)跟進(jìn)反饋等等,都需要獵頭安排好時(shí)間。
