1.考察候選人工作的穩(wěn)定性

1. investigate the stability of candidate's work

(1)如果候選人工作今轉行(變動行業(yè))二次以上的,也要給出合理解釋;

(1) a reasonable explanation should be given if the candidates have changed careers (or changed trades) more than two times;

(2)在分析判斷時,查看離職原因。

(2) when analyzing and judging, check the reasons for leaving.

(3)如果候選人流動頻繁,一年一換,或一年內跳槽二次以上的,要給出合理解釋;

如果候選人具有2年以上500強外資企業(yè)或知名大公司任職經歷的,優(yōu)先考慮。如果候選人工作今,一直在不知名、不入眼的小公司就職的,要多加研究追問一下其優(yōu)勢。

If the candidate has more than 2 years, 500 strong foreign-funded enterprises or well-known large companies experience in the work of priority. If the candidates work so far, has been unknown, not to small companies, more research to ask about its advantages.

3.關于簡歷的工作部分

簡歷更重要的就是工作經歷部分,對于工作經歷的介紹是一門很高的學問。如果寫的太簡單,譬如工作職責很少,只有一兩句話,工作業(yè)績沒有;太冗長的,象寫一篇傳記或小說洋洋灑灑3頁以上,廢話很多,不突出,個性不鮮明。對于工作經歷少的或者工作經歷冗長的獵頭都可以pass掉。

(1)關注候選人更核心的工作業(yè)績,它反映候選人更核心的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)和綜合競爭力。從人才近些年來取得的一系列工作成績以及一些成功的案例來考察人才多方面的才能和素質,特別注意具體的數(shù)字、實例和事實。

(2)關注候選人更核心的工作職責,它反映候選人更核心的職業(yè)素質。注意工作的廣度、深度、難度、周期,更頻繁溝通和密切聯(lián)系的部門或人員,積累的經驗,積累的人際關系網絡,各項工作職責的比例等等。

(2) pay attention to the candidate's most important job responsibility, which reflects the core professional quality of the candidate. 5.工作經歷的連續(xù)性

(1)如果候選人前一家公司離職今已經有半年以上未找到工作的,一定要給出合理解釋,比如出國深造,獨立做項目或是其他合理理由;
