之前碰到一些入行新人在和候選人電話溝通的時(shí)候會(huì)緊張,其實(shí)這個(gè)也正常,因?yàn)樵陔娫捴袝?huì)遇到很多不可預(yù)知的問題,這個(gè)時(shí)候要盡量多多做功課,拿到一個(gè)職位之后,要仔細(xì)了解客戶對(duì)這個(gè)職位的期望,職位的預(yù)算和軟硬性要求,比如:這個(gè)職位是已有的還是新增的,如果是已有崗位的要問清之前這個(gè)職位的人是個(gè)什么背景、處事風(fēng)格是怎樣的、之前業(yè)績?nèi)绾我约半x職原因等問題。如果是新增崗位,要問清為什么新增這個(gè)崗位,這個(gè)崗位負(fù)責(zé)的東西有哪些,上下級(jí)匯報(bào)匯報(bào)線是怎樣的等問題。客戶公司是否有目標(biāo)公司、薪酬福利、公司核心競爭力等問題都要盡量問清,因?yàn)檫@個(gè)是你電話自信的資本,緊張、迷茫主要源自對(duì)不可預(yù)知的事物的把控能力比較弱,所以電話前一定要做足功課。
